Thanks for taking the time to look at my photography.
I love what I do and hope you do too.
My love for photography started at a very early age as a need to preserve my family history. Having left military controlled Uruguay to freedom here in Australia, my family left many of our tangible memories behind. I always craved a tactile, solid piece of my past.
I used to spend hours looking through mum's cane basket of proof sheets, B&W prints and Kodachromes. I would imagine life 'back home' and dream of returning there one day.
My motivation, passion and love of photography is to use it to capture moments in life, that will not only gives us enjoyment today but that will one day hold precious for those yet to come.
My style is relaxed and fluid. When shooting, I usually ask clients to be themselves and enjoy the special time they have together. I try to capture the emotion of the moment rather than try to set you up for a magazine shoot unless that's what you require!
I want to capture images that you will want to frame and hang on your walls, not hide in a box in the garage to go mouldy. I want to 'record' a moment in your history.
No matter what part of your history you would like me photograph I would be honoured to share it with you. Weddings, births, motherhood, family, life... it's all worth remembering..
Over the past twenty years I have worked both commercially and privately with a background in both analogue and digital photography and editing. My clients include Wattyl Australia, Shell Australia, Style Dots Australia and I am a volunteer photographer for The Cerebral Palsy Alliance and Heartfelt Australia.
My studio is located in Hamilton NSW or I can come to you.
I look forward to hearing from you,
